POLICIES
All prices are subject to change without
notice. All prices are listed in
US Dollars.
We ship most orders within 14 days of
receipt (normally, it is 1-2 days). Back
orders sometimes occur. We will
contact you if there is a delay.
If within 7 days of delivery, an item is
discovered missing, we will promptly
replace it upon notification. If an item
is discovered to be defective, please
contact us for exchange. Return of item
may be necessary.
Gift certificates received as Door
Prizes are redeemable only through Scale
Structures LTD directly. Only one gift
certificate may be redeemed per order.
There is a 25% re-stocking charge on all
returned items. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Customer must pay all
return postage costs. Please contact us
before shipping to obtain proper credit
and receive a RA (return authorization).
