SHIPPING POLICIES
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in US Dollars.
We ship most orders within 14 days of receipt (normally, it is 1-2 days). Backorders sometimes
occur. We will contact you if there is a delay.
If within 7 days of delivery, an item is discovered missing, we will promptly
replace it upon notification. If an item is discovered to be defective, please
contact us for exchange. Return of item may be necessary.
Gift certificates received as Door Prizes are redeemable only through Scale Structures LTD. Only one gift certificate per order.
There is a 25% re-stocking charge on all returned items. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Customer must pay all return postage costs. Please contact
us before shipping to obtain proper credit and receive a RA (return
authorization).

International Delivery Charge
- Shipping and handling may vary up to $45.00 depending on actual weight of
package. International orders are shipped via
USPS 1st Class Air Mail
only. Shipments are subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility
of the purchaser.
